Bio
Hana Lock is a Bay Area visual artist who explores the beautifully grotesque nature of life, death, decay, and rebirth through whimsically macabre drawings and paintings. She graduated from San Jose State University in 2022 with a BFA in Pictorial Arts. She specializes in mediums such as ballpoint pen and watercolor which she uses to create intricate detail and vibrant colors in her works. Her works blend morbid subjects with beauty and elegance - blurring the line between attraction and repulsion, as well as life and death.
